Hey,

They aren't going to deport you for having a problem in your name.go to immigration.office & bring your bcertificate & all necessary docu's.

ofcourse we used middle name FIRST NAME,MIDDLE NAME & LAST NAME.

you need to match all your name & spelling when applying for SSN,GC,STATE ID,PASSPORT,BANK ACCNT NAME so you don't have to problem in the future...

Good luck

Bring your NSO birth certificate, NSO marriage certificate (if you were married in the Philippines), and passport. This will serve as your proof of identity.

Make an infopass appointment with USCIS so you can check with them if your GC info is correct, if there are any errors, they will give you a new GC.

Go to your local SS office and verify your info. If there are any errors, they will give you a new SSN card.

My hubby had to correct his name too. Don't worry, USCIS and SS will issue new cards for free since the error was made on their end.

When he applied for his Driver's License, he used his name as it appears on his birth certificate and passport so all his info with DMV is correct.

Hope this helps.
