2 quick questions: NOA2 copy or original, and expired I-94

Hi, I am about to fill out and send in my AOS paperwork and have two quick questions. I entered the US on a K1.

1. Do I send the original or a photocopy of the NOA2 I received from the I-129F petition? I think it's supposed to be a copy since USCIS can RFE for originals if they want but I just want to make sure.

2. I entered the US in Sep 2011 and got married within 90 days of my POE. If I understand correctly, I am still eligible to AOS even though I've been out of status for so long. (Please correct me if I'm wrong.) Do I need to attach any special explanations or waivers or anything because I'm out of status? Or should I just proceed with the AOS paperwork as if I'm not out of status?

Thanks in advance.

1-Send a photocopy of your NOA2 not the original.

2- Send proof(copy of marriage certificate etc...) to show you got married within the 90 days... no other explanations needed.

Good luck to you
