In the hope that it won't be too long before we get our NOA2, I thought I would get ahead and fill in this form and send it to my husband. Apart from wishing that I hadn't moved around the country so much since I was 16, I have a query. When they ask about educational institutions, is that at all levels or just university level? I looked at the sample form and it just has a university, but I am not sure if that was a complete entry. Thank you for your help :-)
