Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Application to adjust status I-485 ,

For Employment authorization I-765 ,

The USC will file a I-130 for his/her alien spouse ,

For advance parole I-131 ,

Biographic Info of the couple G-325 (one form by each) ,

Affidavit of support I-864 and the medical exam (if not completed or expired).

Affidavit of support I-864 and the medical exam (if not completed or expired).

I-130 is not needed for OP's case as his fiancee is adjusting from a K-1 visa (a petition has already been submitted during the K-1 process, called I-129F). Other documents are needed, like a birth certificate, marriage certificate, ... and a lot more. OP, look at the VJ Guide and read the USCIS instructions on each form for uscis.gov

- Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

thank you didopage , i was not aware of that as i am doing AOS from B2.

And, only one G-325A needed from the adjustment applicant(foreign spouse). What you need differs depending on what status you are adjusting from.
