my daughter has dual citizenship and WILL BE entering the us with me at the POE. on all forms i have put NONE to questions like who will be immigrating with you?

but on the ds 160 it asks, who will be travelling with you? technically she will be travelling with me, so do i put yes she is travelling with me? or no she is not?

CONFUSED!

12/15/2011 - last time baby & I saw her Papi

01/30/2012 - Denied entry into US

02/27/2012 - i129f sent to Dallas lockbox

02/28/2012 - i129f delivered

03/05/2012 - NOA1 email received

03/08/2012 - NOA1 hardcopy received

09/11/2012 - NOA2 email recieved

02/28/2013 - Montreal Interview -- APPROVED!!!!!

04/03/2013 - POE date!!

05/25/2013- wedding day!! <3

06/10/2013 - AOS mailed

06/10/2013 - NOA

09/09/2013 - biometrics appointment

09/16/2013 - RFE ( joint sponsor tax return issue)

I'm not sure. We did IR-1 and I don't remember a question like that. My husband was the one issued the visa and myself and our daughter who are both USC's would have been planning on travelling with him. That said we ended up not being with him for his POE.

If it were me I would put her as travelling with you, but not as immigrating with you. Does it ask any other questions when it asks about persons travelling with you? Like citizenship or anything?
