she showed me on camera the 3025 this what i ment by she had all her med docs

Great. The entire immigration process (you've only just begun your dance with USCIS) is very easy......if.....one can follow simple instructions (to the letter), follow exact advice (from others who have been there) and can speak the proper language (crucial to success especially here on VJ).

We've been talking about the 3025 form for a number of days but only now do you "realize" that she had it all the time. You should have been instructing her to ensure she obtained that before she had her medical.....as you would have learned.

She may be more on top of things than you realize though and you soon will really realize that !!! Usually it is for your good, if you can uphold your end of the bargain (be the man part).

Good luck, everything will be fine.

OK, make sure the "vaccinations complete" box is checked. If they SAY they are complete and do not check this box you have a problem. MAKE SURE

Here is a true story that resulted in MONTHS of Alla and I working with Senator Leahy in attempts to change the law. We have written a new bill and it has been attached to several pieces opf legislation which so far have NOT passed, but we keep trying. The legislation, if it is ever passed, will allow ANY licensed US doctor to complete these forms.

In this case an applicant who had used the MOSCOW clinic was TOLD everything was comeplete and sent in the DS-3025 they were provided. USCIS sent an RFE stating they needed "to complete" all necessary vaccines and have an I-693 signed by a CS. The guy called around and found that local CS's wanted to charge about $400 just to sign off on the form. This person, going by what they had been told, wrote a letter saying they DID have all the vaccines and sent ANOTHER copy of the DS-3025 which DID show all vaccines and dates. Some 7 MONTHS later the person got a DENIAL and an order for his wife to leave the country within 30 days or face deportation!!!!!!!!!! YES THAT IS TRUE.

The guy contacted me in a panic and we, Alla and I, went with this person to see Senator Leahy, which, fortunately, in a state the size of Vermont is fairly easy. Leahy's office worked on it and in short order had an explanation that YES his wife had all her vaccines BUT the medical clinic had failed to check the "vaccinations complete" box and the adjudicator was to lazy to actually study the form and determine that YES all the vaccines were indeed accounted for. She got her green card about 2 weeks later, with a written explanation blaming THE MEDICAL CLINIC for the error (Yeah, that's how USCIS rolls)

If they told your fiancee that her vaccines are complete (and that is not uncommon, the Russians and Ukrainians are pretty good about vaccinations) then make sure that box is checked. If it is is NOT then have her take it back and get it checked.

FYI there have been cases of people not having the box checked and still being OK, but don't press your luck or risk an RFE and big CS bill
