You are married so you are going to be on the spousal visa path, not the K-1 and you are not removing conditions correct?

http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1

Follow the guide, the I129F is no longer needed for spousal visas

Good luck

well i have to send out I 130 and after when i get ruce back so i can send the 129f is that right ?

No, the I129F when sent after the I130 puts you on the obsolete K-3 visa path. that visa is no longer viable. Read the guide I linked

Good luck

The I129 will put you on a obsolete visa path

but clearly you don't want to know that since you keep discarding it

So how many visa petitions have been sent on your behalf? 2 older ones and now the current one? What country are you from?

Good luck

*** Moviing from Removing XConditions to CR-1 spousal visa forum ****

Forget the I-129F. It is not needed and if anything will slow things down.

Also, please change your profile as you are married and thus not getting a K1 fiance visa. It will confuse people to see the K1 on your profile and they may give you wrong advise.

Yes, you will get questions about your two previous filings- having three US women makes it look like you are looking for an American to marry to get into the country, so make sure you have a lot of bonafide relationship evidence (phone bills, emails and especially lots of time together visiting and photos with eachothers families).

The i 129f is no longer available for a k 3 visa. they no longer issue it!!!!!!! if you can;t understand what we are saying get your wife here so she can understand ..YOU CANNOT APPLY FOR THE I129f FOR K3 VISA...THAT VISA IS NO LONGER BEING ISSUED. YOUR ONLY OPTION IS THE I 130!!!(sorry for yelling everyone he isn't understanding what people are trying to tell him)

You are wrong, but if you don;t want to listen, you just have to find out by experience.

The K1 fiance visa is faster, but you cannot have that as you are married.

ou, the American citizen, must file Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, for your spouse with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

USCIS will send you a receipt notice (Form I-797).You then file Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), for your spouse with USCIS. If your spouse is planning to bring his/her unmarried children under 21 years of age to the United States in K-4 status, you must name the children in the I-129F petition.

If USCIS approves your I-129F, it will send the petition to National Visa Center (NVC).

After initial processing, NVC sends the I-129F petition to a U.S. embassy or consulate in the country where your marriage took place.f your marriage took place in the U.S., NVC will send the petition to the embassy or consulate in the country where your spouse will be applying for the K3 visa. This is usually the country of his/her nationality, but could be another country if there is no US embassy or consulate in that country, or there is one but the post doesn't issue visas.

After receiving the I-129F petition, the embassy or consulate will notify your spouse, with instructions regarding medical examinations, visa interview and supporting documents (proof of marriage, financial support, etc.)

Your spouse must attend the visa interview, and if all goes well, will receive K-3 visa on his/her passport.

that's what am talking about i hope you do understand me as well right now thank you so very much keep in touch please
