That's true is was insensitive esp considering that his wife and child died I think after doing some Xmas shopping but I won't get on his case for that. What I find interesting is in the 08 VP debate Palin tried to gain sympathy by mentioning her autistic son only for her to be trumped by Biden's loss and his sons barely escaping a tragedy. Now in 2012 Ryan tried to get emotional with the paralyzed story only to demolished again by Biden's own horrible experience.
