I guess you can say you have what you have, everyone has something different, it is the totality of the evidence which equals a marriage or engagement to USCIS. Look again at the guides you indicate K-1 but seem to be talking about evidence which would equal you are filing for married? Review the guides for your situation and embassy if you are K1 or guides for AOS etc. Fill in your complete stuff for great advice.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

you need to send proof that you have co-mingling of finances and both names on things such as insurance and utility bills and such. Having just her name or just yours isn't proof

You might want to renew her license. I know here in Florida at least you have to renew your license with an up-to-date address within 10 days of moving.

You should also include documents that cover the whole period of your marriage so not just the most recent bank statements. Try to include something from each year of your marriage. They want to see a 'continuation' of the two of you living together as a married couple.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
