Has Mike had his vaccines yet? Or does he need to go through with the psych evaluation first? I was thinking, if he goes to the interview and they kept his passport. Doesn't he need to show his passport to St. Luke's for the vaccines?

Not yet. We're hoping he'll get it in the afternoon after he's done with the Psych Eval, should only take an hour or less.

BTW, USEM replied to my email and said we should complete the medical exam first (but didn't clear say if it means with the medical results already forwarded to them) and should we need to undergo additional test, St Luke will will advise us on how to reschedule interview. That said, we'll find out on the day of his eval if we have to or not.

I'm also hoping Mike can complete his medical on the 24th and interview on the 25th. To be interviewed, it's my understanding that the medical must be completed, including the psych evaluation results and the immunizations. However, the results don't have to be at the Embassy by the time of the interview. When Mike interviews, he can simply show them his DS-3025 vaccination record and his x-ray CD from St. Lukes. The Embassy will issue him a 221g pending the receipt of the medical results from St. Lukes.

Yes another P1000 for psych eval and it's really your bad day then another P3000 for psych exam. That's the plan, go ahead with the interview the following morning and medical results will follow.

ok. so i went to psychological evaluation today and the psychologist told me that I CAN'T MARRY MY FIANCE due to the grounds of my annullment which is psychological incapacity. the psychologist didn't give me a chance to talk and defend myself BUT he RUDELY shouted at me and told me about my previous annullment. he gave all the papers back to me and told me to go home instead.

This thread that you are posting to is more than 3 years old. The chances of getting a response from the original poster (OP) is quite slim. You should start a new thread with this question as you will get a better response.

Your case can be different from the case of the OP, so it will need to stand on its own merits. The evaluation is a simple process. You will meet with a Psych Doctor and he will have a conversation with you about your personal situation. He'll ask the simple questions of What, Why, When and of course how do you feel now. It's your duty to be honest and answer his questions with how you felt at the time and how you feel now about what happened. Just be yourself and you will do just fine. Most who have been through this have been recommended for a visa and have received a clear medical as well as a visa, allowing them to start a new life with someone who loves them.
