Evidence of a Bonifide Marriage

I just recently got back to the US from the Philippines where I married my wife. I am now sending out my I-130 petition for her and her 5 year old son. But in the petition wants " Evidence of a Bonifide Marriage " which includes as such :

1. Documentation showing joint ownership or property; or

2. A lease showing joint tenancy of a common residence; or

3. Documentation showing co-mingling of financialresources; or

4. Birth certificate(s) of child(ren) born to you, thepetitioner, and your spouse together; or

5. Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties havingpersonal knowledge of the bona fides of the maritalrelationship (Each affidavit must contain the full nameand address, date and place of birth of the person makingthe affidavit, his or her relationship to the petitioner ofbeneficiary, if any, and complete information and detailsexplaining how the person acquired his or herknowledge of your marriage); or

6. Any other relevant documentation to establish that thereis an ongoing marital union.

Since, for obvious reasons, we do not show any of the above because she is not here living with me yet. Anybody else run into this question and will this affect my petition for my wife and step son? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

How about wedding pics? Maybe some letters from your family etc

Yes I have plenty of wedding pics. Will that be enough? Thanks for your advice

It's better than nothing. We sent a bunch of wedding pics but also pics of us doing other stuff. And pics of me visiting his family and the other way around. We also wrote a letter together telling how we met and so on. It's hard to send the kind of evidence they want when you really haven't lived together yet. Do you have phone call logs send that, Skype logs etc Just send whatever you can think of!

I sent wedding pics, other pics of us, copies of passport pages to prove travel and visits. Also, since we got married in the states, I put my husband on my checking account and sent a copy of the paper showing he was on my account. Send all you have to prove your relationship is genuine. You don't want to have to deal with an RFE.
