how long will take for knightbridge to give me a medical appointment if I call tomorrow ??

It will depend on how busy they are of course, but when I booked mine I could have had one within a few days if I had wanted.

If you want a specific date or time, call as soon as possible. You never know how busy they will be. They were making appointments for 2-3 weeks away when i first called. I managed to call back and get a cancellation for 6 days time but i had no choice on appointment time for that obviously.

I'd say there's a good chance to get it if you want that specific week, but I'd call ASAP to get the date you want (or close to it). The main thing is that your medical is 4-5 business days prior to your interview so they have enough time to get the results to the embassy

I have a couple of points. First, you don't need to wait to call. It sounds like you're waiting to get the timing right, but maybe that's not what you mean. You can call and ask for next available, two weeks or next month. The answer from JenniferJones doesn't apply to you as a K1. You will not get in line for an interview until they have your medical at the embassy (and application forms and DS-2001).

There's not really a specific deadline for the DS-2001 if it's taking time to get your documents, as long you filed the application forms so they know you are still in the game. They may even contact you if they don't get your readiness after...say 6 months, to see if you've abandoned the process.

Well, I told my fiance to send the form DS-2001 the same week of he's medical, so when they received the results they can match up..is that fine ???

If you want things to move quickly and get things done asap, then you can send the DS-2001 and other forms as soon as possible. It took them nearly a month to even log mine. They will match them up whenever you send them, it really doesnt matter.

You can make an appointment for the medical that far in advance now if you want to. It is probably best to do it asap so you can get your choice of time and date.
