man i'm getting so impatient. i don't mean to offend anyone who's been waiting longer than others, but i know we're all in the same situation when it comes the the feelings of having to wait...the frustration, the angst. :blink: it just doesn't help when you get an NVC CS rep who answers your questions [wrongly] even before finishing. it makes me feel like i'm wasting her time when i've been the one on hold for nearly half an hour just to get some questions answered. it's really hit or miss. sometimes you get the nice patient ones, sometimes you deal with the ones i just got. anyway, this annoyance is probably just stemming from being bummed that we haven't received approval of our DS-3032 and it's been close to 2 weeks already (i know some of your are rolling your eyes at the thought of a "2 week wait"). just doing a little bit of venting, my fellow VJ members. good day to each and every one of you. :clock:

That's not just for NVC reps though. That's true for most customer service reps. It's a very stressful job to do.

No doubt about it. I'm not questioning that. Just saying they're not the only ones stressed out.

Plus i don't need to be schooled on how emails work. The lady i spoke to said, "well emails here don't work like the outside world" ...oh i'm sorry i called somewhere within the realms of a plastic bubble.
