So my Fiancee and I are going with the K1 visa, and her interview with the Embassy is next week. Once she is granted her Visa and she flies to California, would it be legal for her to work remotely? Her company in UK wants to keep her hired on as long as she can, so she can work from my home during the week. Does anybody know if this is possible? legal? illegal? Once she comes here we will file for a civil ceremoney and start the AOS and all other necessary steps for her green card... any help and information is greatly appreciated.

Thank you!!

Are they going to pay her in GBP to her UK bank account?

As long as she makes enough time in her day to cook, clean and cut the grass, it shouldn't be a problem.

(The first part was a joke  )

Or bake cookies? I'm baking cookies at this very moment lol tongue.gif
