Hey Guys,

I will be filing for ROC in a month's time and would like to change my name then. I know im supposed to attach a copy of my marriage cert. Those who changed their names during ROC, how did it work out for you? Did you pay extra fees for that and was the process slower than normal? :help: Thanks.

There's no extra fees and there's no longer processing time. Just put your married name on the forms, your maiden name in the "previous names" etc. Normal normal

What names are supposed to be in my marriage certificate?? Mine is in my maiden name.

Depends on your state laws. Mine personally has my maiden and married. Some have only maiden, some have only married. It should be fine to send the certificate with your maiden name because that's you, as your maiden name was married, not you with your married name was married.
