hello, im pregnant women i want that my baby born in us to get his citizen immidiately ,my priority date willbe current within may 2013 ,my baby will born after that date my question is if i can apply for tourist visa or no and the reason is tha my baby born ther ,his father is green card holder and im waiting for f2a

Don't bother applying for a tourist visa.

In the event that you receive your interview schedule and you are still pregnant, chances are you will have to postpone the interview and the medical exam.

You will not be allowed to undergo the medical exam because you are pregnant.

You will have to wait until the baby is born.

After giving birth, get the child's birth certificate and acquire a passport for him/her. Then inform your consulate that your child should be included in your F2A petition. After which, you can request a new interview schedule. Of course, you will have to pay the appropriate immigrant visa fee for your child. When you receive your new interview schedule, you and your baby will have to undergo the medical exam. You must bring your baby with you during the embassy interview.

Good luck.

agree with the above posts. and even if you get really really really lucky and get that tourist visa, its not a gurantee that they will let you in specially if you are pregnant. why not wait for your visa and give birth to your baby at your home country where your family can help you with everything.
