Hi Darnell,

Thanks for your support. I appreciate it very much.

I might act on your advice, I need to think about it, cause my fiancee asked me to give her three days to try to convince her father to approve of our marriage.

I think there is one, maybe two days left max, until she gives me the scoop. In the meanwhile, I wrote letters to a couple ladies online and they wrote me back. I want to meet with them in case my fiancee convinces me that she is one of the insane one's. I mean look at it from my point of view, this trip will cost me about $7,000, I can only travel to China once a year max. If my fiancee blows my mind and tells me her father said 'no', then I need to move on to avoid having to wait another year just to meet a new lady to begin a new relationship.

So after being patient as hell with my fiancee for two years and being okay with her letting our K1 Fiancee Visa expire, and not losing it after she asks me to come to China right away to marry her, then she pulls this... I need to look out for myself at this point.

Thanks again,

Given the 16 months of drudgery you've already experienced ,

combined with the new stuff that happened since you've been in China THIS TRIP,

I'd say contacting other lass's in China, since yer there, is a great thing to do.

Obviously she has no real interest in marrying with you (IMO).

If she did, she'd be ready to marry when you hit the door.

This 'ask permission of Daddy' stuff doesn't wash, in your particular situation.

Other women do do this, but it's always the man asking permission of the father.

Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Hi Darnell,

Thanks for your reply and opinion.

I think she is insecure and scared. But she has also been inconsiderate of my time and expenses. So I don't know if I want to take a chance of spending another two years for her to overcome her insecurities and fears, if she ever will.

So I'll do as you say, chat with and meet with other women women while I am still in China and if she comes around before I get real serious with any of them, I'll assess the situation and her level of commitment and willingness to do what is required at that time.

Thanks again for your support.
