Letter of Intent

I sent a DHL package to my fiance. She has an interview in less than 2 weeks.

I forgot to send updated letters of intent. I emailed them to her, so hers will have her original signature, and mine is not original. I did the same in my original I129F submittal (her signature was just a copy).

Has anyone had a problem with this? It really should be ok because it is not an official document.

We did new letters of intent for the embassy, want to see them? We still have them as the embassy never asked for them. Your fiancee will sign a statement in the 156K that states she is free to marry and understands she has to marry within 90 days of entering the USA.

Is it a big deal that yours is a copy... doubt it. Sort of depends on the CO doing the interview I would tend to guess.

YES! it depends on the CO, i have my original copy and signature of my fiance of letter of intent to marry but the CO didnt asked me for it. Maybe u can scan it with your signature, send it to her and just tell your fiancee to print it out..
