Lol i am going to do it that way lmaoo

I just used paperclips, 2 per thick packet/document, and put post-it notes with case#, beneficiary name, and contents of that paperclip. Also included a letter with a list of included documents. Should be good enough! Mailing tomorrow or Friday, depending if bill shows as PAID tomorrow or not. yes.gif

The DCF petitions are treated very differently. From all indications those of us residing in non-DCF countries are remaining at NBC to be processed.

When you file the I-130 and they aren't required.

If you want to send additional info, send it with your DS-230.

people sent them in with the I-130 application as a way to up their chances of approval. You have crossed that stage successfully so unless you desire to add them to your DS 230 package ( as KDH said) you are good to go.

CR-1 (for Husband):
09/15/2012: Got Married
09/26/2012: Mailed I-130 from Nigeria( delayed by customs)
USCIS stage ( 66 days)
10/12/2012: NOA 1
12/17/2012: NOA 2 (case was transferred to NYC office 11/27/12)
NVC stage ( 20 days)
01/08/2013: Case # and IIN assigned ( file arrived NVC mail room 12/20/12)
01/09/2013: AOS invoiced and paid, DS-3032 emailed and mailed.
01/16/2013: IV invoiced &paid. AOS & IV mailed in one package(arrived 01/18).
01/28/2013: Case complete!!!
04/19/2013: Interview; APPROVED!!!!!
05/13/2013: POE; JFK

HAHA! Yeah I paid yesterday and status shows as paid today, mailed the AOS packet today. From what I read you add evidence to support the marriage to the IV packet.

Yup, they received it today, but have to wait until it's reviewed. I re-sent the DS-3032 last night with SUPERVISOR REVIEW, and it was accepted this evening! I'm waiting on IV bill and AOS packet review now!

hey quick question what do you guys mean by DS 3032 SENT VIA EMAIL FROM BENEFICIARY??? how do they sign it electronically? and what about if the beneficiary has no email?

they don't have to sign if you use the email template or they can scan it to you signed; it does not have to be original signature. Might want to create an email address for your spouse to use!
