So i got an auto response email from them after sending the DS 3032 .

I wonder if the bills will get generated right away lol

AOS bill should be invoiced within a few days of receiving your case numbers. IV won't be invoiced until after your DS3032 is accepted, which takes 10 - 14 days.

Not that you've to do the crazy way I am doing it, but here is my plan.

1. Type up package labels (each label contains full name, DOB, NVC Case #, and I-864 or DS-230, depending on package)

2. Cut these labels and tape it to sticky notes

3. Put these sticky notes to every single page except cover letter and photos. I plan to put sticky notes just an inch below top right corner of the page

I also do not plan to use staples in any documents.

Not everyone writes case # on all pages. I am mainly doing this so if one of the paper falls out of the stack, they can easily find what stack it belongs too. This is specially important because I am sending all the original documents.

You can manually write NVC number on sticky notes. Also, you may still want to use sticky notes for all the original documents as you probably don't want to write anything on original documents.

Oh no need to remove it at all. I was just curious. Curios because our case has been locked since yesterday so I was wondering what active meant. I guess it means one can add email address and such. Thanks

hi,my noa2 is feb 22,until now the nvc

didnt recieve our papers,i emailed them

and they reply is

"Please send a copy of the petition's

original approval notice (Form I-171 or

Form I-797) and the petitioner's current

address to nvcinquiry@state.gov or to the

address below, so we may update our

records."

i send last nyt the scan copy of noa2,do u

think wen wil we gona recieve our case

You receive it when they receive the file and get it into their system. Sometimes it can take up to month for them to receive it and then another 6 weeks for them to attach a file number to your case.
