Are you the only person currently in your household (no children)?

Then, if it is just you and the foreign spouse the total is 2. You don't count him twice and put 0 for spouse.

CAREFUL! You don't count anyone twice. Since your spouse was included in the first line asking persons you are sponsering in this afidavit, DO NOT include on the line that asks about spouse! (Remember that form is used for all I-130s, not just spouses). smile.gif

I was told that too, but IMMIGRATIONREFORM posted this on the NVC forum:

Hi,

What they are saying is that they will be ready to attach the DS-3032 after you get that email. But also consider that your email will not be seen for a few days while it waits in queue and it also takes a few days for you to get the email from NVS. The members here say there is no harm done sending it now even if it gets rejected.

We were told by NVC to wait for the email too. I would still have sent it like coltoasty did but they have mistyped the email address of my husband and they're not able to update email address of petitioner or add beneficiary's email address at the moment. So I have no choice but to call tomorrow and make sure they've the email address in the system before sending DS-3032. My original plan was to wait at least 1 night between getting NVC case # and sending DS-3032. Now, I may wait for another night, unless I-864 fee gets invoiced tomorrow.

As far as I know, CIS# = USCIS case number, they always asked me for it when I called.
