The DCF petitions are treated very differently. From all indications those of us residing in non-DCF countries are remaining at NBC to be processed.

who knows! They're very slow about it, and when I told my hubs it'd be another 4-5 months he sounded so disapointed... He's not home to even get the paper NOA2. mellow.gif

Thanks, really? I didn't hear about it, but you can generate your own barcode too in advance, and besides, you just print it once you pay both the AOS and IV fees.

Thanks, really? I didn't hear about it, but you can generate your own barcode too in advance, and besides, you just print it once you pay both the AOS and IV fees.

I don't know who said no bar code was needed, but that's inaccurate. I just sent in all my papers a week ago, and it was definitely needed. blink.gif I mean, if you don't send the barcode sheets, they won't deny you or anything, but it will definitely slow things down, which I'm sure nobody wants. It's a risk I wouldn't take, anyway.

That's true, but only because a barcode for the DS3230 was never needed. Actually, your DS3230 has to be sent and accepted before the IV barcode even gets generated. good.gif

Yeah, YA1127 and I got our respective NOA2s on 2/13/13 and both of our packages were physically received on 2/22/13, but hasn't been put into the NVC system yet to generate the case# and IIN. So far i've estimated about a month. Once you get the case number, every tiny step is days apart, so it's pretty fast, and stressful, but better than sitting here not doing anything for 4-5 months! headbonk.gif

Our case transferred was the same date?

Our case office was the same
