hello to all VJ members,I'm so so so .......so happy today

my husband got a mail that our petiton was approuved on Feb 25...........we're end SEP filer and got our NOA1 on Oct 08

The DCF petitions are treated very differently. From all indications those of us residing in non-DCF countries are remaining at NBC to be processed.

03/26/13 IV bill invoiced and paid
03/29/13 IV bill shown as paid on payment portal
04/02/13 IV package sent
04/03/13 IV package received by NVC
04/04/13 AOS package accepted. No checklist
04/15/13 Called NVC and was told will be getting checklist for Birth certificate
04/16/13 called and spoke to supervisor and mentioned I sent certificate of baptism and will bring birth certificate to interview.
He said he was going to review the case again and let me know
04/17/13 Received email checklist
04/19/13 Supervisor called back, left voicemail, case complete.

Post NVC

06/10/13 Medical

06/21/13 Picked up medical

06/24/13 Interview - Approved

06/25/13 Visa issued

07/02/13 Passport pickup

Congratulations... very happy for you. Im optimistic mine is about to be approved too hahaha

I'm anxious for an update Darnell... B-)

I have no idea when I got approved, but it was sometime between Monday and Thursday.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

Nvc is taking a while . Case approved 2/13 but still no nvc #

Same here, people from Feb 0x NOA2 e-notifications are getting their case #s and IIN's, so I think early next week will be our time! I have my DS-3032 email ready, forms nearly complete, just waiting on delivery of police certificate, DS-230 signed and new pictures, and i'm ready to go!

GUYS !!! yesterday both my husband and i had a 3 way conversation with a customer service rep from USCIS and they telling us our file is still @ NBC and they do not know when we will get an approval it can take up to the next 3 months :( this SUCKS

Key word here "customer service rep".

Call back and get an ISO.

JUST GOT BACK FROM MY CLASS AND FOUND OUT THAT I'VE BEEN APPROVED!!!!

On March 7, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283

IM SOOO HAPPY AND RELIEVED , THANKS GOD AND THANK YOU VJ FAMILY!!
