Well, then the InfoPass is hard to do. What would you have done if you needed to attend an interview in the US? Can you afford to travel if there's a chance that your answer will be just "We're working on it, you must wait"?

okay sit wrap on my case I called on Friday got a tier 2 on the line and I pretty much had to force him to look up all my info i guess he was lazy as hell that day. So he told me that my case has not been assigned to anybody yet i was like #######! still how long is this going to take ohh a few months about 6 to 8 months. i told him that it cant be that long because i know a bunch of people (you guys) that are getting approved so then he looked deeper and told me it got touched at the local office on the 18th of January but that's it. and he told me that my case was still to fresh to ask for a service request from the local office so i made another infopass this time im demanding a supervisor idk if to hire a lawyer, what do you guys think? im going through hell here

im trying but its so hard when i get my approval im going to do the nvc process in a week. once i have been assigned a case number of course! in record time

No i didnt asked him about the date but ill check back tomorrow with them about it. Since i've applied my case has not been visible online

This is all i see , i think ive mentioned here earlier that one of my friend's wife case approved but there was no update available online. Thanks for remembering , hopefully I should be hearing from them soon.

Hey all, I really need some help.

Our case was approved on Jan 23rd and since then I have been waiting for NVC.

I wrote an email to NVC and here is what they answered. It is as if they think my wife is here, which is totally not true!!

What should I do???? I appreciate your help as this gets me totally desperate.
