NOA2 after 4 months! :) Had the worst Valentine's Day ever yesterday and today made up for it. Lol. (noa1 date was nov17 but the priority date was the 15th. ). Hubs is in OK city until middle of march so we won't get the mail or tax transcripts until then.

The DCF petitions are treated very differently. From all indications those of us residing in non-DCF countries are remaining at NBC to be processed.

Ya, it's a book. I had pared back the chat stuff as the other evidence for financial stuff came out to be about 4 inches (that's almost 5 years worth o stuff).

Even so, was still 2 inches o chat stuff.

I think some parts were actually disorganized - so after I calmed down, I took another look at what I put together, how I put it together. Is quite possible, even with the labels , an adjudicator got confused.

It's going to be 'version II' and I'm going to hand carry it. Nothing like a long weekend of stuff to keep me going, aye?

I hope this is good news for Midwest filers. We got noa1 on Dec 26th and noa2 was an approval on February 12th !

so just an update here.... just got off the phone with a Tier 2 rep and was informed that my case was moved to a field office (Houston in my case). I'm just wondering if that's a good thing or have they found out any RFEs ? Has anyone been called to their local offices for anything? what happens next? Just very anxious/curious.....

My case was moved to Houston. Shortly before approval it was moved back to NBC. I was not notified either time. It doesn't necessarily mean you have an RFE or interview. We had neither.

I'm a dual US/Hungarian citizen (both by birth; Hungarian citizenship verification TBA), and my husband is a dual British/Irish citizen (by treaty) from Northern Ireland. We are atheists.

LATEST STEPS:

28 Jun 2013: POE Houston

08 Jul 2013: SSN received (at SSA office)

07 Aug 2013: Green Card received

27 Feb 2014: Whoa, life happened. Planning move "back home" together to Republic of Ireland by end of April.

29 Apr 2014: POE Dublin through Heathrow

15 May 2014: Received formal residency/work permission (GNIB card with Stamp 4, one year renewable) for the ROI

ohh me too the tier 2 guy told me that i-130s are taking now a full 6 months or even 8 months to get approved i was like... yea okay have u been on VJ??! everybody is getting approved withing 5 months or 4 ####### uscis has no clue what there talking about!!!! :help:
