Im so confused?? my got transferred since the 16 of November to my local office here in Miami and i haven't got anything about a interview or whatever. at this point they are just trying to balance the workload some stay at NBC and some go to local offices, which is a black hole that nothing gets done at least some NBC cases have been approved cant wait for my infopass on whensday!!

Here's some questions that I prepped for an Atlanta-local-office person - you should be able to use them on your infopass appointment :

I suggest you print it out, take it with you.

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Would getting support from the state representative help the NVC and visa process.

Did he even check? Apparently they can't see the transfer unless they go check specifically for it, based on my own and other people's experiences.

I'm a dual US/Hungarian citizen (both by birth; Hungarian citizenship verification TBA), and my husband is a dual British/Irish citizen (by treaty) from Northern Ireland. We are atheists.

All advice is given pursuant to the Disclaimer that you may read at the bottom of each forum page.

LATEST STEPS:

28 Jun 2013: POE Houston

08 Jul 2013: SSN received (at SSA office)

07 Aug 2013: Green Card received

27 Feb 2014: Whoa, life happened. Planning move "back home" together to Republic of Ireland by end of April.

29 Apr 2014: POE Dublin through Heathrow

15 May 2014: Received formal residency/work permission (GNIB card with Stamp 4, one year renewable) for the ROI

I know my case is "special" but I have insisted several times and each time I get told NBC. I even asked the last one specifically if she could double check because they thought we might be trying to AOS and would have sent it there. She said NBC still....

I just don't get why they can't put it right on the website, "Your case is currently at .........."

3/26/18 Biometrics
