Yes i did spoke to them last week and accordingly to them case is still at NBC , didnt mention anywhere that it has been moved to Houston office. I guess i could have posted here earlier but better late than never haha!

I've studied your prior posts and I not read of any interaction with an ISO,

asking:

1. is my casefile in Houston or no?

2. has an adjudicator been assigned or no ?

3. what date was an adjudicator assigned ?

So, when you get a moment, 'make that happen', then report back, aye?

Knowing where the casefile is, as of today, cause you spoke with an ISO, is priceless.

The DCF petitions are treated very differently. From all indications those of us residing in non-DCF countries are remaining at NBC to be processed.

You got the still at NBC from a CSR or an ISO?

Officially started a new congressional inquiry with Marc Veasey's Office, moments ago.

Talked with one of his staffers (not the right one, yet) and gots the ball a rollin.....

Good luck. I had started that process in December, I got a letter asking for a waiver and access to my records, sent it back, haven't heard anything yet. Still no case online, still no updates, just frustrated. headbonk.gif

I explained a lot about this shifting of casefiles to local offices and how it mucked up stuff for trying to track what's what.

One of those conversations actually scared me - as I am thinking that no one is MV's office will be successful in getting to the local office to obtain any status.

Only the form they send me to fill out (basically giving them permission to look into my records and contact the USCIS), but haven't heard back since, it's been a month now I think.

Yeah, not sure if they can't do anything, it's just a shot in the dark.

So update - my hubby has called twice and only one of those times he got an ISO (he tells me) who told him our case was at NBC and nothing to report on it. However, he had also emailed a few weeks ago and just got a call from a lady yesterday saying our case was transferred to Baltimore back in December and it may be approved soon, but may not be. (Very helpful info there haha) But glad to know where it is, although I'm, not sure if I prefer it being at local office because Baltimore is a busy one :(

06/02/12 .. Got Married in Inverness, Scotland.

My latest numbers run (MSC1390091300 to MSC1390092350) includes the following:

  • 436 total I-130s (all statuses, including those that have been denied, rejected, or otherwise not in process).
  • 407 I-130s are approved or still in process (they have statuses Post-Decision Activity, Decision, Decision with "approved", Request for Evidence, Request for Evidence Response Review, Testing and Evidence, or Initial Review).
  • 172 have now been approved (they have statuses Post-Decision Activity or Decision with "approved").

Therefore 42 percent of the presumed approvable I-130s have been approved so far for my priority date, a similar processing rate to last week’s (last Sunday's approval percentage was 37 percent, and the previous Sunday’s was 33 percent). 22 cases in the sample were approved last week (15 were approved the week before that). No pending RFEs or other issues were resolved last week and no cases were newly denied.

I'm a dual US/Hungarian citizen (both by birth; Hungarian citizenship verification TBA), and my husband is a dual British/Irish citizen (by treaty) from Northern Ireland. We are atheists.

28 Jun 2013: POE Houston

08 Jul 2013: SSN received (at SSA office)

07 Aug 2013: Green Card received

27 Feb 2014: Whoa, life happened. Planning move "back home" together to Republic of Ireland by end of April.

29 Apr 2014: POE Dublin through Heathrow

15 May 2014: Received formal residency/work permission (GNIB card with Stamp 4, one year renewable) for the ROI

If you do call in again, use my exact questions with them. They are getting notorious for not giving info, even the ISOs.
