by the way I dislike seeing this on my timeline

Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between December 18, 2012 and January 7, 2013*.

If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline

The DCF petitions are treated very differently. From all indications those of us residing in non-DCF countries are remaining at NBC to be processed.

It is because of the expedites and that not enough data is available on the NBC cases and they aren't adjudicated in order like the VSC and CSC ones sort of were. The formula assumes that if some people in October have been approved, then the others are soon to follow. I think it would be best for people who are at NBC to not even look less we all start freaking out. :innocent:

Guess am the only one at Philadelphia office

You're not alone. I'm waiting on Philly myself. Looking at their last statistics, they have 3000 cases pending and are approving about 300 a month. A 10 month wait. Really depressing.

Wait a minute u just got approve @ludakrishna

Yes, just got a text. I called earlier this week and found out my file was transferred last week to Philly. It was sitting at NBC until then. At least per the ISO. The whole system is a cluster poop no organization whatsoever. No RFE for wife's BC. It wasn't sent initially.

Officially started a new congressional inquiry with Marc Veasey's Office, moments ago.

Talked with one of his staffers (not the right one, yet) and gots the ball a rollin.....

I'm sorta excited. The staffer I spoke with in the DC office ain't the Immigration Liason Staffer - but he's got all my stuff.

The Immigration Liason Staffer is officed in Ft. Worth, so I'm be calling her in a moment. or on Monday. Rumour has it that she's been doing this for about 10 years, and has all the local office contact names and numbers. Yay!

I've studied your prior posts and I not read of any interaction with an ISO,

asking:

1. is my casefile in Houston or no?

2. has an adjudicator been assigned or no ?

3. what date was an adjudicator assigned ?

So, when you get a moment, 'make that happen', then report back, aye?

Knowing where the casefile is, as of today, cause you spoke with an ISO, is priceless.
