No I can't... certainly not his either. I can pull off a decent southern chick but trying a southern man is a WHOLE other ball game.

He just won't call until it's past a normal processing time. Because he's ex military and because he currently works for the govt... he knows they're always "hurry up and wait." lol . If in 2 months we haven't heard a peep, I'll get his butt moving, trust me.

You have all of his information (DOB, address, full name, date filed), if you have a male relative in the US, have him call... then again your husband may not be too pleased with that. lol

Gee that doesn't sound like a suspicious thing to do! ROFL! No I'm okay. Currently I'm so stoked about getting to see him in less than a week I'd put up with an RFE right now! LOL

My latest numbers run (MSC1390091300 to MSC1390092350) includes the following:

• 437 total I-130s (all statuses including those that have been denied, rejected, or otherwise not in process)
  
• 407 I-130s are approved or still in process (they have statuses Post-Decision Activity, Decision with "approved", Request for Evidence, Request for Evidence Response Review, or Initial Review).
  
• 135 have now been approved (they have statuses Post-Decision Activity or Decision with "approved").
  

Therefore one third (33.2 percent) of the presumed approvable I-130s have been approved so far for my priority date. This is a nice jump over last Sunday's 25 percent. 32 cases (roughly one quarter of the total approved) were approved in the last week. (My case is in the two-thirds not yet approved.)

I did notice RFEs popping up a bit more often, and a slight tendency for both new approvals and new RFEs to occur in groups of two or three consecutive numbers (I suspect these are families applying together).

FOLKS, PLEASE REMEMBER THAT MONDAY, JANUARY 21 IS A FEDERAL HOLIDAY AND ALL US GOVERNMENT OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED.

My latest numbers run (MSC1390091300 to MSC1390092350) includes the following:

My husband and I were just talking and we guessed (estimated, pulled out of our respective fundaments) that if we went from 25 percent to 33 percent, we stand a good chance of being at 50 percent approved by next Sunday, which we think means (because we are idiotically optimistic) that we have a 1 in 2 chance of being approved within a week or two.

Edit: Don't listen to anything I say. I have had an unspecified number of bottles of perry and I think he's had a six-pack of Old Speckled Hen. Woot party.

It's interesting to me that My number is a 139007 and my priority date of Oct 15 is so close to yours. But the numbers are WAY off. I've gone down 200+ numbers (by tens) and have still been in the Oct 15th filing club. It's a big party I tells ya!

were you approved by NBC? or local office? if it could have been a local office, which one would it be? I'm just trying to see if I can figure out why our cases are not at NVC yet. mine was approved on Dec 18, not at NVC yet....it said NBC on the approval notice but I later found out it was approved by a local office through an ISO

A 1 in 2 chance of being approved is also a 1 in 2 chance of not being approved. But it's good the numbers are going up finally. At least we can all relax today because we know nothing will happen due to offices closing today for the MLK holiday.
