5. Copy of Petitioner's Birth Certificate

6. Copy of Petitioner's proof of Naturalization

7. Copy of Marriage Certificate

8. Form G-325A completed by Petitioner, including passport size photo

9. Form i-864, Affidavit of Support by the Petitioner

a. Attached is Petitioner's Federal Income Tax for the year of 2009,2010 and 2011

I think I sent almost same thing (I could not get the skype logs as I was using iPhone)... and still they set me up for interview in Jan... :-( :-(

p2bpnoy you sent a stuff they ask you for at the NVC when that time comes. So let us know if they ask for your AOS information again once you're at the NVC.
