The DCF petitions are treated very differently. From all indications those of us residing in non-DCF countries are remaining at NBC to be processed.

hmm is that so Darnell?I guess I need to speak to a Tier 2 person today...=D

9/29/06 - Started dating my husband (LDR For 5 years after 6/07)
8/22/12 - Married in Japan
10/10/12 - I-130 Sent (Japan Post)
10/12/12 - Received at Chicago Lock Box
10/15/12 - NOA1(no email, had to call and find out and recieved the hard copy 10/22/12) case at NBC
12/14/12 - NOA2(no email once again,randomly checked it online)
01/07/13 - NVC Case Received
01/25/13 - Case Number assigned and AOS fee billed(somehow NVC didn't write down the proper emails for my husband and I )
3/06/13 - AOS invoice paid!(more like the 4th,when they withdrew the money!)
3/04/13 - DS-3032 email sent
3/13/13 - DS-3032 replied to
3/14/13 - IV invoice billed
3/16/13 - IV invoice bill paid
3/19/13 - NVC withdrew my money(waiting for the PAID STATUS)
3/24/13 - IV invoice officially paid
4/03/13 - Sent AOS and IV (without PCC....doh!) package via next day mail
4/04/13 - AOS & IV Package received
4/16/13 - AOS accepted(found out by phone april 17th)
4/17/13 - NVC wants PCC(found out via phone)CHECKLIST!
4/18/13 - Sent PCC with checklist (cover letter, etc) next day mail
4/19/13 - PCC delivered
4/30/13 - Case Complete(Lord, PLEASE!!! LET ME GET IT BY THE END OF APRIL!!) #### YEAH!
5/13/13- Interview date assigned & received Packet 4
5/16/13- Package left NVC for Tokyo(I assume it will get there in 3days)
5/20/13- Package delivered to Tokyo embassy
5/21/13- Medical
6/10/13- Interview at Tokyo embassytuzki-emoticon-030.gif APPROVED!!
6/x/13- Visa received
7/9/13- MY Hubby is coming to good ole Houston, TX

She also told me to hold one let her check the other computer the said everything was good so they can see everything on there system ok am sorry am just a little happy for just that info I will take a interview gifT Evan though they have have my file when my mom file for me when I was a kid all the way to citizenship so am good lol

Just joined the site, also an October filer! We filed end of October, received our NOA1 3 days after sending it. Haven't heard anything since and am not able to check the status online, but it seems most of us are having that problem. Has everyone who filed in October been sent directly to the NBC in Missouri?

From looking at the September filers, looks like we might start hearing back in January?! Hope so...

soo....basically everyone is getting sent to their local field offices even if we've been told before we were staying at NBC?

bleh...I just checked houston's volume chart and it doesn't look pretty...what looked like a 2-3 month wait before august is now a 6 month wait starting from september.

The lady said that Nbc was back log so my file was send to Philadelphia office to be process n check and send it back to Nbc when complete

I'm going to have my wife call today(I'll do the dialing she can do the talking being they insist on talking to the petitioner) and find out if we were transferred to a local office.

Called...still in NBC, still in process, is all they said...

12/18/2012: NVC Received Case
01/08/2013: Received Case Number/IIN; DS-3032/I-864 Bill
01/08/2013: DS-3032 Sent

01/23/2013: Paid I-864 Bill; Paid IV Bill
02/05/2013: IV Package Sent
02/18/2013: AOS Package Sent
03/22/2013: Case complete
05/06/2013: Interview Scheduled

06/05/2013: Visa issued!

06/28/2013: VISA RECEIVED

07/09/2013: POE - EWR. Went super fast and easy. 5 minutes of waiting and then just a signature and finger print.

09/16/2016: Scheduled oath ceremony.

09/16/2016: THE END - 4 year long process all done!

Called...still in NBC, still in process, is all they said...

Same here, but when I insisted she spoke about a transfer... the lady was very cold and blunt :-(, I guess a lot of us are calling them as we can't see the status online.

BTW, I wonder why they say 6 months while the national objective is 5 months... in my sense if they dont know they should tell customers 5 months.

Did you ask for a tier 2?

I did wait on the line for almost 1hr, I got someone who said they could not access my file and transfered me to someone else. Is that Tier2?
