The DCF petitions are treated very differently. From all indications those of us residing in non-DCF countries are remaining at NBC to be processed.

They told me the same thing Darnell except mine was assigned to an adjudicator in Dallas on Oct 31 and I am going to have an interview too....hmmmm weird we were told the same thing

If I don't have a letter by the 12th, I'm gonna pull an infopass and see what's what.

No no. Chicago. But Dallas is not the only place that I've seen request an interview. I don't want to make an extra 250 dollar trip to Illinois not to mention the extra money to visit downtows for an interview.

It just seems strange that we both called and talked to an ISO today and was told the same thing. I was to that my case was assigned to an adjudicator on Oct 31 and that I will be called in for an interview....just seems weird

I think we got the same ISO, she was talking of another I-130 going to Dallas with an interview, talked to that person today, and mentioned how strange it was that she talked with another person headed to Dallas.

ug. Double ug.

I got through to her at about 510 after being on hold 65 minutes and it was a lady I wrote her name down but its on my desk at work....I wonder if it was...hmmmm

Ugg. Called into USCIS, got an ISO, I learn that my casefile was transferred to the 'local Dallas office' on 28 NOV 2012, which is in Irving, and I'm pegged for an interview sometime. Ugg.

God I hope mine perhaps does not go to Denver then and he doesn't get an interview. He'll be there all of a month and a half before heading to OK city for job training and then back again for like another month or two. I dunno when he'd attend an interview if he had to.
