Did u get your interview letter (email)? That's what you will take to get your medical. No more forms to full out but be sure to look over your letter it has a checklist and be sure if they ask you to bring something do it its specific to each applicant.

Do you know where to go for medical and what to bring? Here's the thread for Lagos medicals http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/388819-medical-and-vaccination/

(2)The Chidlren's Practice

E-mail: info@childrenspractice.com

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturdays 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

I didn't send my hubby forms for the medical. He was able to get them there at the clinic. Need to take the following:

1) 2 Passport sized photos

2) His passport

3) Appointment Letter

4) Funds to pay the clinic

Once the results are back, they will give them to you in a sealed envelope to take to the interview...DO NOT OPEN THIS ENVELOPE!

Police Report:

As you probably know these last for 3 months. Ours had expired before the interview, so we got another one. They never asked for it (they still had the NVC one), but we got a new one anyway just in case.

Date of Interview:

*Take ALL the documents that your SO would have mailed you (if any) PLUS the new Police Certificate (if you decide to get it), the envelope from the Medical Exam (if they give it to you-I read sometimes they mail it) and the Appointment Letter.

*Arrive early as possible

*3 Passport sized photos

*Your passport

*Get plenty of rest the day before as the interview day can be a very long day. Here is a Guide that may help also (obviously you are past the Steps 1-2 in this guide) Guide

Hope this answers some questions and if I omitted anything, hopefully someone else can fill the gap.

God Bless!

Toni

This was all submitted at NVC. But you should have up to date paystubs and have all your I-864 with you. Do have photocopies of all yoru documents you sent to NVC just in case and an extra evidence.
