Does anyone know of a phone number i could call to see if the visa was printed. Visa was approved on the 10/3 I just want to keep on top of things being the the DR mail system is not the greatest. I called DOMEX and checked the website. I was just wondering if their is anyone else I could call.

Try the 1-809-616-6633....speak with a representative.:whistle: Same thing happened to me. Online the status stated "pending"....and it was ready two days after the interview :angry: . Did you look up the status online? www.domex.com.do:unsure:

Jazzy yes I checked the website as well as domex i was just wondering if I could call the DOS to see if the actual visa was printed or if there is another number to call for status.

Not that I know of. But DOS I believe is out of the picture...right? Try to go directly to the DOMEX office near your location.

We were in San Pedro de Macoris and traveled all the way to Santo Domingo. (We were DESESPERADOS):blush:

Did you call before you went. and was the visa there when you went. How long after interview. Sorry for all the questions and thanks for the response lol

No worries....

Interview was Wednesday....

I checked online on Thursday morning - Status online Pending :whistle:

I Checked online on Friday morning - Status online Pending :whistle:

Called Domex on Friday afternoon representative stated Visa was ready for Delievery and ready for the following week Thursday's Delivery

for San Pedro Macoris Route. :crying:

Since our tickets were booked for Friday the 14th ......We drove to Santo Domingo, pick up the VIsa befrore the office closed.:dance:

See if you can contact Domex and find out if its at least ready :yes: and where you can pick it up.:thumbs:

Jazzyjois, We are also awaiting the passport. We went Friday Nov 9 and still nothung shows up in the on-line system of Domex. They tell us it could take a couple weeks to arrive to them? I am so confused. Any ideas of how to verify besides Domex? When I called the Sto Dgo office I went in circles. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I need to get back to work but hate to leave my hysband behind. Many thanks! If we got directly to the Consulate can we talk to someone at the windows outside? Anyone know? We are desperate!!
