Some help please

I asked this question earlier today, I am repeating in case someone tonight sees this and can help in any way,,,thanks to all!!

I want to fax and send to the Embassy in Bogota the docs in pack 3 (they have the pettition but since my fiance lives outside of Bogota, I dont want to depend on the mail) Does anyone have or know where or how to get a OF-169, DS-2001 and DS-230 part 1?? Thanks!!....my email is gzmd65@yahoo.com if by chance anyone has these that you can forward...Greg

These forms are not Embassy-specific (although not every consulate/embassy has the same requirements for forms). They are visa-specific. That means you can download from another Consulate's site - Colombia apparently gets theirs from El Salvador but they don't show a "OF-169" so that may be a mistake.
