We got our NOA2 Approval on January 17th, 2013 (177 days) and feel very lucky. We never called or contacted USCIS during the wait. I'm sure the rest of you July filers are coming soon, I think VSC is working hard to catch up. My fiancee just received packet 3 from the consulate today, things definitely move quickly after NOA2. Wow! Good for you guys. That was quick. Hope London has a short turn around as well. We worked on his documents while I was in England in Dec/Jan, and I completed the Affidavit of Support prior to my trip so he has it (with my original signature which is required).

Did you guy put in service requests? Is that why you've all been approved quicker? I keep patiently waiting for our turn and now i see some augusts and june/july rfes being approved and i'm like wait, you forgot about us. Everyone in our processing number group has been approved, even ones after us :help:

I didn't put any service requests since all i read on Visa Journey was that they're not accepting any. The processing time is still stuck on June 4th. :bonk: . I know this is not going to help, but a lot of people on other months's threads before us would get approved around days 203-210. I hope you get it tomorrow! I got approved on a friday i'd completely given up i did not even check USCIS that day.

Good luck!!

They aren't. My fiance called yesterday and was told flat out no. They are going by the national average of 7.2 + 14 or +30 days and under no circumstances will they even consider requests until you pass that date now. I guess they are so bogged down with petitions, everyone's been calling.

No sign of noa2, a touch or anything. Going insane, cant focus on work or anything.

APPROVED! 199 DAYS.

I flat out broke down in tears! Both me and my fiancé lost our jobs over the weekend and and she also had some terrible family news. We thought the universe hated us! This couldn't have come at a better time.

Best of luck to you guys still waiting.

Floyd.

No, but ty for asking :innocent:

I actually just woke from a dream where I discovered we'd gotten our rfe and told my fiance... That's kind of sad isnt it?

I just checked igors and approvals are pretty shabby, not to mention the few that have been approved are either august or rfe replies... This is the same bolony CSC had going on when they moved the workers onto other file types, except CSC were ahead at the time.

I hope we get approval this month because my fiance told me many americans take their vacation time in march. If we got approved soon, there would still be chance of being there for april or may(our engagement anniversary). My username is painfully ironic now.
