My parents want to regain their Philippine citizenship therefore applying for dual citizenship, keeping their U.S. citizenship intact. Their only worry is that they lose all their benefits as Senior Citizens when they do so. Does anybody know if they retain their benefits if they get dual citizenship?

The US has no laws addressing dual citizenship. Since there are no laws on it, it is not prohibited and that is why people can have multiple citizenship.

Since the US has no laws addressing dual citizenship, a US citizen who hold other citizenships is treated only as a US citizen by the US government. So no matter what other citizenships a US citizen may have, the US government treats that person solely as a US citizen.

No US benefits will be lost if your parents regain their Philippine citizenships.
