I have a ? my i30 for my wife had gotten approved today threw vermont and know they said it goes to the national visa center.How long do you think we have to wait till we go to the interview and is it possible my wife will be her for the hollidays.Thank you

no i live in the states and my wife is in colombia,but i go there every 6 weeks for a week ,just so happy this had gotten approved,looks like it took about 4 months since i maled my i30

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

You need to check once or twice a week with the NVC to see if they've received your approved petition and if they can give you a BGT#. The next step will be for you to follow the EZGuideSpouse to a T so that you can pay the fees and download the coversheets online. Also, start gathering all your financial info such as tax returns, employment letter, etc., as well as your wife's civil documents so you can have them ready to send them.

I highly doubt that you'll be able to get an interview appointment by December but with the shorcuts listed in the EZGuideSpouse, you may be able to get one by January.

If you have additional questions, you can post them in the Colombia Club thread where other members can offer more help and/or guidance.

Thank you im hopping that everything goes smooth im on top of all my papperwork and have everything ready,I'm really hopping my wife gets here by dec.but at least know i know we had gotten approved.The light is getting bigger for sure.
