On October 01, 2012 they switched from RFE to Request for Evidence Response Review. Does anyone know how long it will be until our approval? Thank you.

That means they received the requested documents/evidence and will now look everything over to see if it satisfies their questions. I believe they have 60 days (much like you had 60 days to send the requested evidence) to respond.

If you returned the information they needed, probably about 12-15 days for approval. I received a text message only, and then the written letter came in the mail a few days letter of approval.

It can also depend on the type of RFE. Typically, less than 30 days, but depending on the center's workload can take as long as 3-4 months. Hang in there...

Our RFE took almost 60 days but we are Vermont service center. From what I read California Service center seems to be faster.
