Good one Hamigirl...maybe it was one visit? Not enough...or

Victorious needs to really ask her SO what were the questions and what was his answer

cuz as OP stated they did not have the usual red flags.

If the top part of the 221 is checked it is indicated the general reason of the person's application did not comply to the provisions of INA act or regulations blah blah blah

So I am assuming the reason is the Non Bona Fide Relationship but they wont answer why specifically. She can go the FOIA but that take so long...

I say drill the Fiance... :blink:

ours was sent back for review and we had to start over again too, even with the help of having an immegration lawyer. but this time we are doing this alone and togethr and it has not been easy so we just laugh to keep from crying. with patience you can overcome all the obstacles that could arise durring this process. but you learn from others experiences here on visa journey. i just can't express how wonderful it is to have a network of friends.

I don't know how she can believe she's an authority on anything. She grew up near my parents' house. Grr. Here's to hoping she takes the next Breitbart tumble.
