Hello vjers,

FOLLOW UP QUESTION

My fiance is currently not working because he is rounding off his degree at the university so we decided to ask his dad to co-sponsor us. He agreed. Now my question is this, his dad petitioned for his fiancee last year and she was granted her visa in March of this year 2012, she is currently married to him in the states. Can he still use the same tax clearance papers and records to co-sponsor his son my fiance? Will it be accepted?

Thank you for your helpful response.

Yes, but he will have to list his wife when it asks about sponsoring someone else and he will need to have enough income to cover all of you. So that is a household of 4 plus any children that may be involved. Best luck to you.
