I’m a beneficiary and currently living in Mauritius for job purpose for past 3 years, my native country is Pakistan.

In DS-230 form question 13: what current address do I need to write?

Is it OK if I write my native country home address so I can get my all mails correspondence to my native country home address rather than where I’m currently living? As where I’m living the mail system is not good and takes 3-4 week mail to arrive.

Is it going to affect my case anyway?

As in Question 30 and Question 32 I mention that I'm currently living/working in Mauritius.

I spoke with lawyer and he told me that Question 13 current address for mostly mailing purpose for future correspondence with NVC/Embassy.

Note: I received my NVC Case Number and my case is going to deal in my native country US Embassy.
