I filed an I-130 for my brother 4 years ago and he got married and is expecting a kid soon. Do I need to change the application in order to bring his whole family to the US? I don't see anything about this topic on I-130 and any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot.

After the baby is born, you can notify the NVC to add your brother's wife and baby to his case.

To add his wife, you will need to provide photocopies with English translation of your brother's marriage certificate and her birth certificate.

To add his baby, you will need to provide a photocopy with English translation of the baby's birth certificate.

Google "Contact NVC" for the address.
