What type of wavier, 601 or 221? This will make a diffrence in the type ofreponds you receive back. Most waviers are discussed over at http://immigrate2us.net/forum/content.php

moral turpitide = deported 12 yrs ago + my parents got all negative & positive sides from atty already

(so not seeking that info) just try to gauge patterns in kgn.....peace out

My understanding of waiver for moral turpitude is if you were under the age of 18, and it was only one time, you have a wait time of five years before you can file petition. Not sure what you are asking in your question.

Phase I - IV - Completed the Immigration Journey
