WTH???????HOW TO SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR DS260 ALLOCATIONS???????????????????

now it says...after i have submitted the application on the ceac.state .gov website..................

You have successfully submitted your DS-260 to the National Visa Center (NVC). If you need to update your immigrant visa application, please contact the NVC.

If you have not already done so, submit your supporting documentation (as listed on the Documents The Applicant Must Submit web page) to the NVC. Upon receipt of your supporting documentation, the NVC will review your DS-260.

I have all the documents ...............but i have no freaking clue as to how to submit them!!!!!!!!!!??????????????????????/

This is really pissing me off and when i try the link they gave me i get an error message thuis is the page................http://travel.state.gov/VISA/IMMIGRANTS/INFO/INFO_3195.HTML.......... I am confused

Help me please. Do i have to do it onb the ceac site??????/ email??????????? travel .state.gov???????

My case is a mandatory email/internet case....i cannot submit paper copies.

read it all, but still no info on DS-260 there on how to submit civil documents to NCV after i have finished my DS-260. I have all the PDF's ready to go.......just need to know where to send them and how
