Other name field

Greetings!

My wife and I are currently filling out the I751.

My wife has 4 names in her birth name, like so: Jane Margret Betty Doe

The first two are her first name, the third her middle name, and the last her family name.

She commonly uses Jane M. Doe to sign things and this is how the utility bills are addressed.

Should she put Jane M. Doe in the Other Names field? Or some variation thereof, like Jane Margret Doe?

Thank you in advance for any help. This is worrying us.

In other names used, usually refers to maiden names and other names which have been used on paperwork (Passport, ID, Driver's License etc). If that original name has been on any paperwork, then you need to write it down exactly the way you have used it.
