Extending the 90 day marriage requirement

NO extension,

By the time people doing K1 they already made up their mind their are going to get married, hence filing the Letter of intent to marry as part of the process, but still the system does give you 90 days to make sure you are really certain about it after going through all the headache, all the paperwork, IF NOT THEN GOTA MOVE ON.

Gone but not Forgotten!

Nice idea but NO CAN DO !!! Just get married for the sake of her staying here and if it doesn't work then she goes back. Just go with the understanding that it is what you are both doing. Just to extend her stay. Just because you get married doesn't mean she'll take all your money if you divorce her in two months. Good luck.

16/10/2006- Interview date- I'm nervous and my fiance is cool calm and collective. And she's the one that has to do the interview.

Interview - February 13th APPROVED! day 152

April 6 - wedding date day 204

Aug 22 - AOS interview date day 101-total days 342

Sept 29 - green card arrives, done until June 2008 day 140-total days 381

2008

June 30 - I-751 mailed total days 1025

2009

March 9 - Removal of Conditions approved! total days 1277
