i am praying so hard that he dont have to go back home otherwise he will be in AP forever. he told me that so far even though visa is already expired and he is trying to register in school , he is not gonna be considered

illegal as they can register with any school within 3 months. now i am concered that what if he dont get student visa and also he overstayed on visa that is expired , is there going to be any problem?

what action he should take before leaving country to make sure he didnt stayed illegal?

should he get any letter from immigration before leaving that states that he didnt overstayed and he was only trying to get his visa extended .

He can't be interviewed in Ireland if he does not have legal proof of presence, which if they do not renew his visa he cannot produce. They will not interview him if he overstays. He simply needs to leave Ireland before he starts accumulating out of status days.

What if they did check on his legal status while investigating him under AP? As long as he has been completely honest about the process, he should have nothing to worry about.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

he is been very honest during all the process. he already had interview in that country .on the day of interview he had 4 more days for visa to be expired.even on the day of interview he asked CO for passport back n CO also mention yea i am giving u back because u have to renew ur visa. they asked him during the interview abt what he does here, he told CO that he is student, he never lied about anything

He may still be in AP for quite a while, as they do consider his country of citizenship. Almost all males from Pakistan are put in to AP, and it can last a long time.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

AP will be for a long time irregardless of the country he resides in. His country of origin is Pakistan, and that s why he is in AP and it will be a long time no matter where he lives to wait out the AP.

You are probably maybe in for a wait but maybe your name check will be fast. But go there and post. They are very knowledgable.
