In order to board your flight to the U.S., you need the CFO sticker and the CFO certificate attached to your passport, so you will need to attend the CFO seminar.

For your POE in the U.S., you will will need the unopened visa packet which the Embassy sends to you.

I would recommend bringing along all of your K-1 documents too. A couple copies of your birth certificate might come in handy when you are in the U.S. You will definitely need a lot more visa photos here in the U.S., and they are a lot less expensive in 'Pinas.

Also, you will have to pay the airport fee and the travel tax, so bring some cash with you to the airport. I think that runs just under Php2500.

What are the requirements to go to Singapore besides a passport?

Do you have your interview scheduled? Have you done your medical at St. Luke's?

You can do it after you receive your passport with visa.

when will the embassy send me the packet i need? after the interview too?

You will receive the packet together with your passport and visa.

Good luck.

Yes you can do the CFO before the interview, you will simply have to go back with the certificate after you get your visa and CFO affix the sticker.

Packet you need for what travel? It will arrive with your visa/passport

CFO:

ALL exiting required to attend. There have been changes regarding CFO so for sure read through their website.

Update: Please check the schedule of the counseling session before proceeding to CFO because it is country-specific and the slots are limited only to 15 per session (exception: Tuesday & Thursday mornings there are 30 slots). It is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

CFO Online Registration Form: http://www.cfo.gov.ph/pdf/downloadable%20forms/registrationform.pdf Complete this and print a couple copies to bring to the CFO seminar, it will save you time.

You do not need to bring 2X2 photo to CFO, they will take a new picture of you for their sticker.

Required documents & "OTHER DOCUMENTS" they ask for at CFO: copies of; CENOMAR, certified birth certificate, bio page of passport, visa page from passport, pictures together, from USC - bio page of passport, birth certificate, divorce decree (if been married before) are the most common. The "other documents" clause can be ANYTHING with those nit-wits at CFO.

Such consent shall be manifested in writing by the interested party, who personally appears before the proper local civil registrar, or in the form of an affidavit made in the presence of two witnesses and attested before any official authorized by law to administer oaths. The personal manifestation shall be recorded in both applications for marriage license, and the affidavit, if one is executed instead, shall be attached to said applications. (61a)

Art. 15. Any contracting party between the age of twenty-one and twenty-five shall be obliged to ask their parents or guardian for advice upon the intended marriage.
