I-134 and question 8 regarding co-sponsor

Hi, as we are nearing the NOA2 date we are finishing up our documents.

Now we have a question regarding our co-sponsor and question 8 on the I-134 form. We can't seem to find an exact answer on the forums for our exact situation.

My mom is our co-sponsor and we were wondering what she needs to write down at question 8.

My 5 year old daughter is on her tax returns this year, I am not. I also have not put my daughter on my tax returns.

So, does she need to write down my daughter as wholly dependant on her form and I don't write down any dependants on my form?

I would say you both list her. Your mother claimed her as a dependent, so she lists her for that reason. You must list all dependent children under the age of 21 no matter where they live or if you claim them on your taxes or not.
